Refund Policy
Effective date: March 1, 2026
This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service and governs refund eligibility for all purchases made through InstaSweep, operated by InstaSweep ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Policy.

2. Credit Pack Refunds
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
You may request a full refund for a Credit Pack purchase only if both of the following conditions are satisfied:
- Time limit: The refund request is submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of the original purchase.
- Zero usage: You have not consumed any Credits from the purchased pack. This includes all action types: unliking, comment deletion, and story reply removal.
2.2 Non-Refundable Purchases
- Used Credits: If even a single Credit from the pack has been consumed, the entire purchase is non-refundable.
- Expired window: Requests submitted more than 48 hours after purchase will not be honoured, regardless of credit usage.
- Partial refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for partially consumed Credit Packs. Refund eligibility is all-or-nothing.
- Duplicate purchases: If you intentionally purchase the same Credit Pack multiple times, each purchase is evaluated independently against the criteria above.
3. Subscription Refunds
3.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through the App or by contacting us. There is no cancellation fee. Upon cancellation:
- Your Subscription benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- Auto-renewal is stopped. You will not be charged for subsequent periods.
- Credits allocated by the Subscription remain in your account and do not expire.
3.2 No Prorated Refunds
We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If you cancel mid-period, you retain access for the remainder of the period but are not entitled to a proportional refund.
3.3 First-Period Exception
If you purchase a Subscription and request cancellation within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial purchase, and you have not consumed any Credits allocated by that Subscription, you may be eligible for a full refund of the first period's charge at Company's discretion.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include the email address associated with your InstaSweep account.
- Include the approximate date and amount of the purchase.
- Briefly describe the reason for your request.
We will verify your request against the eligibility criteria above and respond within two (2) business days with an approval or denial.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through our payment processor and returned to your original payment method. Please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Processing times are determined by your financial institution and are outside Company's control.
Upon a refund being issued, the corresponding Credits will be removed from your account. If you have consumed Credits in the period between purchase and refund approval, the refund may be denied or adjusted accordingly.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting Company may result in immediate suspension of your InstaSweep account, forfeiture of all unused Credits, and potential prohibition from future use of the Services, pending resolution of the dispute.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that situations may arise outside the scope of this standard Policy. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund that does not meet the criteria above (for example, a verified technical error that prevented you from using the Services, or an unauthorised transaction), please contact us at [email protected]. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Company's sole discretion.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law. If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under consumer protection legislation. If there is a conflict between this Policy and applicable mandatory consumer protection law, the mandatory law shall prevail.
9. Changes to This Policy
Company may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Any purchases made before a policy change will be subject to the Refund Policy in effect at the time of the original purchase.
